I purchased the small and medium size (but with medium and large tag, respectively) and have had them for a couple months now. The small definitely fit better and I have since returned the medium. The main difference is the thigh size and width of hips. The cushion may be slightly larger too for the medium. For a sizing reference I am 5'2'', 108pounds, and usually a small for Victoria Secret and Aerie underwear. At first they do fit a bit small but after some manual stretching and repeated use they eventually fit pretty well. The size of the pads is good/proportional (aka believable) although it gives such a perfect, lifted shape that someone might be able to tell you're wearing the enhancement, but nothing major. The fabric seems pretty sturdy which is great longterm, although it can feel itchy if it's a really hot day out or you've been moving nonstop. The only real negative thing is that it doesn't give the most natural look when you move/walk or climb stairs due to the gap between the lowest part of the cushion and where your leg starts. It's probably only very obvious with lighter colored pants. Overall though I'm satisfied.

Other than the fact these are about snug (yes I followed what they said for ordering) I really like them.
As you can tell from my pictures I really don’t have a butt
These give a nice round look
    Very comfortable
Does not get hot while wearing
    Fabric is very soft

PerfectThis fit me perfectly. I saw people recommending to get a bigger size than normal, and I did so. They fit perfectly! They give me a nice bubble butt. They look real and are comfortable too. I love these. I am already built thick so this makes my butt stand out a little more. I would buy from them again.

It was the perfect size. I’m a 100lb, 5ft, petite woman and I ordered the xs and it fits perfectly. The shape is as imagined and what you see on Instagram. The only con is if you wear it going out with your friends and someone happens to touch your butt, it does not feel realistic. It feels like an actual pad on your butt.

I received my item today and glad I order a size larger. I weigh 120, 5’7 and ordered a size medium. The fit was perfect, its true what one of the other customers stated about the panties feeling like a pamper but I’m going to wear a thong underneath and put the panties on top (I think that will make a difference). Planning to order another in beige soon. I have a small butt and just wanted a little plump up lol. Haven’t used it yet but will soon. It will be very interesting to see my mans reaction lol!
