I ordered the beige in a M, I'm about 5'1/125 lbs, and it fit perfect on the first set of clips. Wore it today for about 6 hours, it took my breathing some getting use to at first but then I was fine. it was more comfortable than I first presumed which was nice. Material is pretty stretchy but once clipped does the job. It was barely visible under my black top which I really liked. Would definitely buy another in a different color.

I am 5"2. Weigh about 127lbs and I bought a Medium. Feels amazing. So comfortable. I like the last and middle notches. I wouldn't recommend the last notch if you are my size because wearing it there made me dizzy with a headache. So breathable. Wear to the gym or at work. Don't wear for too many hours.

I am 5’10” 220lbs and wear a size 14 jeans and an XL top, I ordered an XXL in this product and it is suuuuper tight but I manage to get it done up on the loosest set of hooks. From my understanding, that is how the product is supposed to fit, so I am keeping it. It’s fairly comfortable as long as I don’t bend over. Overall, great product for the price.

Really pleasantly surprised about how great this item is! I was looking for a good alternative to an athletic type of waist trimmer which is always way too bulky and also not fitted (most manufacturers go the lazy route and do a one size fits all – ugh and lame for someone normal size). Another issue with many of the athletic waist trimmers is that they are made with materials that make me itch. My concerns with trying this one were would it be strong enough and fit for comfortable shaping? Answer: YES! This fit so well, without any overlap, the material is elastic with the right tension and strength for shaping, breathable material and comfortable! No itch. It is much more stylish, too. I have to say it is actually better at waist control than any other athletic waist trimmer I have used – never going back! Love it and will be buying more! I was expecting to be underwhelmed but this product is awesome!

I don’t know what I expected when I made this purchase but I’m satisfied. I have rcvd compliments about how slim I look when wearing this product but boy does it hurt. Not only is it squeezing my back fat 4 hours in but the pain of the wire digging into my pelvis area because I’m only 5ft tall and have a mini torso is out of this world.

Went by the size chart using my measurements but not going to be able to wear this until I go down a couple of sizes. Luckily I’m in the process of loosing weight. Will get back to everyone once I’m a size 10 again but as a size 14 it’s a no go!

I’m post surgery so maybe I just need to pull harder to get this around me. I bought this to replace my surgical binder. I will try it out again in a few months after my swelling comes down a little and I’m not as tender. I’ll be sure to come back and update my review.

I was actually against my wife getting this as I’ve heard horror stories of medical issues due to wearing these types of things, but she wanted it, so I bought it for her. She wore it a couple of times and decided that it hurt her too much. Be sure you do your own research and make your own decision. The material and quality were great.

I have a short torso so this fit me well. I thought it had bones in it but its more like elastic bands. If you don’t where a t-shirt under it it starts to hurt a little.For the price it’s worth it.

I realize I am too large but this wouldn’t even snap after I purchased the larger size.
I am planning on losing weight…maybe it will fit later but this product is very tight and runs small.
Maybe that is the purpose of a Corset….I am sure.

Very comfortable. I use it to workout such as running. It does not bother me although it does tend to roll up as im running. No biggie. You can not expect to lose weight with this waist training belt without any diet or excercise. For this price, i’d recommend.

Followed the size chart and ordered large. Feels really tight. I had to lay down on the floor and suck in my stomach really hard to put on all the hooks. It’s pretty comfortable but feels too tight and had to take off after 10 minutes so I don’t hurt my internal organs. Only one tag on garment that says large. No other tags to provide garment material or how to wash.

Nice it did not irritate me or make me feel like something was there. Great reviews to let you know you getting the right thing. Get a size larger than retract all what you need to hide it makes a difference. Don’t get exact size.

I like how comfortable this is. By far the most comfortable corset/shaper I’ve ever worn. Shapes me well and isn’t too uncomfortable. I’m a vocalist and can wear this while performing, so you can wear it while doing most anything. 🙂

This is an amazing product. Not sure it’s the typical waist trainer but does the job in the most comfortable way. I wouldn’t suggest this for working out but it’s great for everyday wear. I have a very short torso so it fits perfect (5’3). I can imagine if your not petite it might seem short on you. Order a size up.

This fits per the size from the vendor. If I didn’t follow their measurement guide, I would have ordered too small. I do not intend to ever wear a corset. However, after having 4 kids this helps remind me to tighten stomach muscles and smooth out some of the rolls. Very well made product. I definitely recommend.

Does its job — smoothes the belly area. Wish it were a little longer — cutting it pretty close to cover everything from the band of my bra to the waist of my jeans. The hook and eye closures are noticeable under tighter fitting clothes, so that’s unfortunate. As an unexpected bonus, it’s hard to slouch while wearing this so I’m sitting up straighter, which is good.

Started on loosest and now on middle hooks. It does seem sturdy and is lightweight. the only negative is that it does ride up a bit and does not make me seat at all. It works well under clothing for holding everything in!

This is my first waist – anything – and I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable this one is. I can see the rippling others are talking about in the back area, but it hasn’t been a problem under my clothing. I plan to wear it around the house on my lazy days, but also under formal attire as well. I am 5ft7 130lbs and have a small child, therefore a little baby bump still. It fits great. And let’s not forget people, you’re paying under $15 for this. It’s not going to perform miracles.

I bought this after reading multiple good reviews about it. I am 5’6 127lbs and have a shorter torso so the medium fit me really well. The only complaint I have is the length of it. It’s too short to tuck into my pants and also reach my bra line. If I pull it down just enough my skin pinches against my bra or bulges up unattractively… I bought the nude color to be able to wear under my clothes and its hidden pretty well, except under really tight clothing. I can also see how some women have torn theirs, if worn too tight too soon it would most likely rip with the material it’s made of. I’ve worn it for a few days now and I’ve already noticed a difference in my stomach area and it has REALLY helped me with my poor posture. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stand up straighter and wanting to get a hour glass shape.

I am short and short waisted, and this still isn’t long enough to be useful and instead of laying flat and smooth on your sides it wants to crimp. It gets three stars because I can pull it down low on my hips and wear it. In this position, it is so thin I can even wear it under another waist cincher that doesn’t extend down as far as I want.

I am not a heavy person, but this truly does pinch too hard around the waist. I felt after a while I had a hard time breathing. I cannot wear it for more than an hour before I must take it off. Corsets are not meant to be comfortable, and it does make the waist look tiny. I just did not like this enough to give it more than three stars. It either is pulled down to cover the lower abdomen so hips don’t bulge out a bit, or up so the back doesn’t bulge out at the bra line. I am 5’6″ and have a short(ish) waist, so taller people might even have a harder time with it. I’m guessing if I ever bother to buy another, it will be a different style.

I like this waist trainer because it is simple ans easy for daily wear. The material is light and breathable so you don’t sweat and feel uncomfortable all day long. This gives me that nice look underneath my clothing. Gets rid of my little belly issue. It really helps me stand up straight also. I like the look it helps me get. It has 4 Spiral steel bone which helps the corset keep its shape but doesn’t restrict your movement. It has 3 rows of hooks so you can make it tighter as your waist gets smaller. The material is very high quality and the stitching is very well done.
In my opinion these run a bit small. I am a size 34 and I got the XXL. I am happy with mine but it does feel a bit tighter than I would prefer. I would recommend getting a size larger than you think you need. But remember these are supposed to be tight. That is how it decreases your waist size.
