It's really comfy and easy(ish) to get on. However for me it could do with having an extra inch at the top and bottom as I have a longer than average torso. It's fine when I wear my tight jeans though.

There are three adjustments to suit your needs/size and the material/fabric is breathable so I won't have to worry about my skin getting heat rash and sweating.

I absolutely love this! I gave birth 12 weeks ago and put on a lot of weight! I was so scared that it would not fit but it did! And very well! Nice and tight so I can begin to work my way to the smallest setting! I’m a size 12-14 so I got a large and it is amazing!! Posting real pictures! This is the second day wearing! Wore it yesterday to my fit club! Also exactly the same as the picture

I am 6 months postpartum on my third kid and anyone who just had a baby are always looking for ways to help get rid of that stubborn baby fat that just won’t go away. I am 140 pounds and 5’2 so I ordered a medium. It was a perfect fit. I do recommend you only wear a couple hours a day till your body is used to it. I did a lot of research trying to figure out what size I was….I am 5’9 150lbs and got the XL. It honestly fits great, so I was pleasantly surprised. It is very comfortable and has some give to it which is nice if you are looking for a more relaxed corset. I am considering getting another one in a Large just so it’s a little tighter to maybe get more of the “corset effect”, but overall pleased with my purchase.

Okay so if you’re looking at this order MAKE sure you buy like two sizes up i know you’re probably wondering “i’m not that big” but I looked at all the reviews and they said to go a size or two sizes up because they make these corsets REALLY small. I am a size medium so i was about to buy a size medium and i decided that i should look at the reviews for this corset and they told me to go a size up so i got a large trusting the peoples reviews and when i got it in the mail and tried it on it was REALLY tight i am even on the third latches but i still really love it because its so nice and flexible to my liking. This is a decent cinched for the price and it’s actually pretty durable. However it runs small, I suggest going up at least one size. I’m 5″7 weight about 126 and the size large was too small for me

This product fit as expected. I am 5’3 and 130lbs. I ordered the small. Within a few days, the bottom mesh started to tear. There is now a huge tear across the bottom, which prevents proper closer.

Price is great but the metal digs in to me. Had to modify it by placing mole skin on all the ends. Doesn’t make me sweat at all when I’m running around all day. I specifically choose this because I have a short torso but if it was an inch shorter it would be better. Possibly then, it would not dig in to me as much.

The product description suggested I buy a XXL .. And I guess that would be correct. When I tried it on it was a little too tight. I don’t like when my fat comes out too much, and also I have wide hips. That’s something not on the average person’s body, so I am ordering a 3X this time around. I love the material and it its easy to bend over in this waist cincher. It is nice to know my body can breathe while I wear this at the gym. I read about too many bad things happening when a waist trainer or corset doesn’t allow your body to breathe. It’s not recommended to allow your body to be suffocated by all the sweat for too long. I will definitely order again when this needs replacing. For only $9 and Prime’s two day two day shipping, this is amazing.

I ordered the Large. I was worried it would be too tight, however I was pleasantly surprised it is a perfect fit (FOR NOW). I actually started using it on the middle set of hooks and wore it all day and it was very comfortable and was not visible under my clothing. At this price, I think I’m going to go ahead and order the Medium as with less than a week of wear, I think I’m ready to move to the tightest set of hooks.

If you’re wearing it under a form fitting shirt or dress, you should put on a slip or tank top over it first. The hooks do push out slightly, so you can see that something is under there. Otherwise it’s a great, cheap solution to a number of problems. Gently supports the back, fixes posture, and gives the figure a boost.

purchased for my 12 yr old daughter she is in a U.S. size 12-14 the 3XL fits great is snug and have to pull to get it on but she can fasten on first or second hooks she has room to make it smaller. easy to wash, drys fast, the breather holes are awesome. she does wear it backwards because fasteners need more cushion thats is complaint she feels the suppport on fasteners pushing in way harder than rest of item. its not uniform in tightness, so we made it work. if you looking for breathable waist support this works

These waist trainers are great! They came fast and look exactly as they do in the picture. The only thing I hate is that they will ride up on you after a while but that’s not a product issue. Also they don’t look great under thin or white clothing (again not a product issue). If you can stand to wear it every day for a week (on the super-tight setting) I really notice my waistline shrinking.

I really like this waist trainer. The only thing I would say is that if you are really over weight you are going to have trouble when you bend over or sit down. After two pregnancies I have a lot of skin and also still have some weight to lose. It has worked great for at home while cleaning and working in the yard but when I wore it to go out it was painful. I tried to deal with the poking it caused but I eventually have to just take it off.

I bought this with thoughts it would be just like one of those seen on TV one size fits all waist trainers and boy was I wrong. I had gotten the one size fits all a few years back and it was way too large, but this one is perfect. I bought a medium and I have to wear it on the biggest setting but i am happy with that because it means that as it helps train my waist i will have room to move it in. The picture is 100% on the dot, the material is perfect and just some advise if you are afraid of the material ripping to stitches coming out go a size up…you can always buy smaller sizes when the one you have no longer fits tightly 🙂

Just got my order today, I Love it! I should have probably went with the chart and gotten a size large, but it still fits and hold well. I can wear it under my clothing without the interference of the corset being seen through them! The reason i got it was after having my son (2 months old) I have been struggling with a little bit a baby weight. I feel uncomfortable in my clothes and cant quite fit into anything anymore, its been rough trying to get into the rythem of life again. I hope that with the corset my confidence will get better like it once was.
I would recommend for anyone who struggles with that little bit to help gain the confidence back for woman! I cant wait to see what wearing the corset will do for me. I hope this review will help anyone out!

Background. I am a 210lb 5’6 woman with a long torso. Somewhat small in size compared to what I expected, yes, but let me explain why it got five stars. After looking through sizing, I realized that I would be a 2x. So that is what I ordered. Fast forward through Prime shipping and now I have it. As soon as I opened it, my first thought was I needed a 5x and this was a waste. But I tried. The corset came around my sides fine, but then I was stretching. I muscled and pulled and it was a workout but I managed to get all fasteners done on the largest line. One I straightened it out, I expected to be suffocating. WRONG. The material is breathable and can take a beating. It fits comfortably with only the usual pressure from holding everything in. Much more comfortable that anything with any kind of boning. I got this for a Halloween costume/ Cosplay and it has made it so much easier to get into. I even managed to tighten the waist area to the smallest setting and can still breathe. I’m able to wear it around the house under clothing. ONE OF THE FEW CORSETS LONG ENOUGH FOR ME. Ends right under my bra line and goes to my hips, pushing back a lot of rolls. Doesn’t make a huge mess of the back fat around my shoulder blades either. Will be ordering it in black as well.

I ordered a size Large and it fits but I had a hand cramp by the time I finally got this on!!!! Maybe I will order an XL next time, but when I put on my clothes, it looks nice and it holds me in very well! The sizing chart is not right because ANYTHING that is a Large has always been easy to wear and other waist trainers that I have are a size Large and fits me perfectly but I purchased this one because it seemed to be a lot lighter and breathable than the others that I own. If you usually wear a size Large, get the next size up to be comfortable! You do not want HAND CRAMPS!

I honestly never thought I would need one of these. I do…lol After children, disabilities, and age gravity I need to reshape to my former glory…ha. This corset is very comfortable. I use it even at the gym with no sweat and discomfort. With my hurting hands it takes a bit to clasp. That is my body though, not the corset. I do see my waist beginning to narrow in and am pleased with this corset. I can walk around straighter and with more confidence. It actually has a dual role of providing the back brace relief I need.
This corset was received free or reduced in exchange for my honest review.

I’m 5’3″, 190, 38D-38-49. I ordered a 3X and it’s perfect. Very tight on the loosest hooks but I suspect that’s how it’s supposed to fit. Will take some getting used to but it’s not overly uncomfortable and I can breathe. There’s 2 more tighter levels of hooks to nip it in further when I need to. It’s not as long as I thought (comes about 2 inches below my belly button and doesn’t cover my lower belly), which is why I took a star off. Might be an issue for taller or longer-torsoed wearers. It’s very stretchy and discreet under clothing. So far, I like it and love the way it makes my body look. Makes my curves really pop! Can’t say how well it’ll hold up, but at this price, who cares!? Happy with this purchase and looking forward to the results.

Works great, very comfortable. (For what it is, I don’t want people to think any corset will be totally naturally comfortable, as its job is to squeeze you.) But of the different products I’ve used this one creates a waist instead of just squishing fat making you wide instead of round. This corset creates a waist stays in place and works great. Because of the eye hooks though light fabrics do show the seem down the front but for regular or heavy materials it’s your little secret. I’m happy with the purchase, especially for the price. Total Bonus!

I haven’t wore it yet but I tried it on. My waist is 36in I got a 2xl. 205 pounds 5’2 I’m a 14-16 with a lot of booty and hips. This thing feels so comfortable , I don’t feel like I’m gonna sweat in it. It’s light weight, it doesn’t roll up. So far so good. You can’t see it under thin bodycon dresses, midi dresses. This is perfect if your stomach isn’t too big but you need something to hold it in. I wouldn’t recommend this for tall women, just 5feet to 5’5. Hope this helped.

This waist trainer is a good buy and it feels good but for the size chart and my size, it has a tendency to roll up on the top and the bottom but fits well around the stomach area.

I bought this corset/ waist trainer in December and have been using it since. So far so good. At first it fit REALLY tight, but you get accustomed to you. After all, that is expected from a corset. I only wear it to the gym, and not only do i like the look it creates with my waist, but the material also makes me sweat in the tummy region and helps me trim that area. I also like how firm the corset is and does not roll up from the bottom when i bend down during my workouts. In my corset, however, a stitch did tear, so there is a rip, but i think I may have pulled to hard.
I would definitely recommend this waist trainer, I use it almost every day while running on the elliptical. If you really want your belly to sweat, I would wear this corset while doing cardio. It’s perfect.

I have a 24″ – 26″ waist (depending on bloating or the week you know) , but it didn’t get small enough and I bought the xs. I knew going in the thing was stretchy but sizing is a little off. Silhouette is ok but again, because it didn’t pull in enough it wasn’t that Shapley compared to my regular waistline because just the nature of having fabric wrapped around your waist gives you an additionAl inch in girth. even though it says ” waist training” no true corset will ever be stretchy. I was naive to that . All that being said, I chose not to return it because when I do wear it it helps me remember to be concious of my posture! Also it is pretty breathable !!! Just not good for my original intentions

I’m 5’4″, 150 lbs, 38D.
I order the black cincher in size Large.
It fits perfect, tight enough to keep everything in while allowing me room to breathe.
Cinchers are a good investment if you want to quickly achieve a smaller size without the dedication of a full-on corset.
Do not mistake this cincher as a corset, though. It’s not.
It’s a cincher, breathable and easy to take on/off.
While a corset is more time consuming and constructed.
I personally like to corset train during the day and wear this cincher at night, so I can sleep without any fear of loosing air.
If you are looking to “corset train” using this cincher, I am afraid to tell you that you can not.
You simply can’t “corset train” with something that isn’t a corset.
But you CAN use this as a tool to help you get into that hobby, if you just so happen to want to.
Cinchers are great for working out, too.
If you want a nice fitted device that will hold you in while you workout and help create more sweat, this is the thing for you.
This specific cincher hits just under my navel, allowing most of my tummy to either spill out from under OR I have to go that old fashioned route and stuff ‘er inside the top. lol
But all in all, it’s very discreet and comfortable.
Breathable, thanks to the mesh design and easy to wear.

I got my waist trainer and so far I love it. I was a bit nervous due to some of the negative reviews I saw. I wear a size large in clothes and received this in an XXXL which made me feel super huge. But that is my own issue I guess. With that being said this has 3 adjustable sizes(rows) and I am wearing it on the middle row currently but started on the furthest row to allow myself to adjust to wearing it. I do have some of the facets hooked onto the middle row. I honestly feel like this is pretty comfortable to wear. Its breathable and moveable so I do not feel like I have to move like a robot. I also have worn it underneath my clothes and feel like it does not show through. It covers pretty much my entire stomach. I am almost 5”7. I do have to adjust it slightly when I stand up and sit down and especially if I have eaten too much and my tummy grows (you know what I am talking about) I have only had it a few days so I can not say that it is necessarily shaping my body? A just yet. But I can say that it does remind me to hold in my gut as that is half of my problem to begin with. I guess if you have any questions please feel free to ask as I will have more updates on it the longer that I am wearing it.
